How to Remove positions with ticker symbol NANO

This article will show you what to do in your hoppers to remove the positions with ticker symbol NANO.

To make this switch in our hoppers you will need to "Remove" the NANO positions by typing NANO into the search bar and checking the box next to the positions. Then use the "Bulk Actions" tab to "Remove Positions". When the ticker XNO is added back to KuCoin trading on February 23rd we will synchronize the position(s) back in.

Releasing Funds from Reserves

1. If you have NANO in reserved positions you will check the check box next to the positions in reserve.

2. Then scroll up to the "Bulk Actions" tab and "Release Funds"

This will remove the positions from your hopper. The NANO funds will remain in your exchange and when the ticker symbol switches on February 23rd you will have an equal amount of XNO in your trading account.
